We know that everyone is facing challenges during the pandemic, and we are right there with you. After being partly shut down for two months to help preserve personal protective equipment for frontline workers, we came back to a host of new requirements to help reduce the risk of the spread of novel coronavirus through our office.

We want our patients to know that we are following all these recommendations and going above and beyond. The safety of everyone in our office is our paramount concern. We want all our patients to know that they are safe to return to our practice for any type of treatment, from a simple checkup to a smile makeover

You’re the Reason We’re Here

We went into dentistry to care for patients. We believe in prevention first. That includes, of course, traditional concerns of dental practitioners, such as tooth brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings.

But we have always thought beyond that. Your whole person–including your whole health–truly matters to us. We want to make sure that everyone who comes through our office leaves it healthier in mind, body, and spirit.

Cleanliness Has Always Been Our Mission

Since we opened our doors in 2015, we have been using sterilizers that kill all harmful organisms. And for years we’ve only used EPA-approved disinfectants that are capable of killing the novel coronavirus. We have always made it our mission to stop the spread of any bacteria or viruses in our office.

And if you’ve been to our office, you KNOW how meticulous Dr. Tina is about cleanliness. She holds this office to a higher standard, and we all work hard to live up to her requirements.

It’s not easy, but it’s worth it to know that we are doing everything we can to keep our patients safe.

Beyond the Requirements

While we were partially shut down, we spent many days working hard to make sure we met all the new standards for safety. We read the guidelines of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, CDC, and OSHA. We implemented all those guidelines to make sure we met the standards for safety.

But just meeting the standards has never been enough for us. Or for our patients. We decided to do even more to make sure that everyone in our office was safe: patients, staff, and even the dentists. To achieve this, we put new HEPA clean air filters in every single room. We also added two new intraoral suctions to reduce aerosols and screen barriers to reduce the spread of droplets and particles in the office. Plus, we introduced hydrogen peroxide vapor decontamination and UV sterilization to reduce the presence of any viruses or bacteria throughout the office.

Together We Can Get Through This Smiling

We are happy for the outpouring of support and the return of many patients to our practice. For those who are still on the fence, we want to make sure you know that you are not only welcome in our office, you are safe.

Together, we will not only make it through this pandemic, but we will also be able to share our beautiful, healthy smiles in joy and love.
